What happens during the virtual exam?

You join the Google Meet call and the examiner checks your photo ID. You go through the application details, answer the exam questions and do the short practical radio call. At the end the examiner tells you pass or fail. If you pass, your application goes to ISED, which processes it in 24–48 hours and mails your certificate. Full format: What's on the ROC-A exam.

What if my internet drops?

If the connection drops during the exam, the examiner and you get on a phone call and decide the next steps together. Keep your phone nearby and charged.
