Why does ISED charge nothing?
ISED says accredited examiners collect no fee on its behalf and ISED charges nothing to issue the ROC-A. Examiners may charge a fee to cover the cost of giving the exam. That examiner fee is what you pay. The certificate is the same whichever examiner you use.

If you don't pass: there's no refund or credit. A new attempt is a new booking at the full fee, with no waiting period.
