What Is the ROC-A and Why Does Your Crew Need It?

The ROC-A (Restricted Operator Certificate – Aeronautical) is the federally mandated radio licence issued by ISED for anyone using aviation radio frequencies in Canada — including flight crew, ground personnel, dispatch staff, drone operators, and field teams supporting aviation operations across industries such as oil and gas, emergency services, forestry, mining, and utilities. It is a regulatory requirement for safe ground-to-air and aviation radio communication.

Built for Operators Who Don't Have Time to Manage This

Three problems we hear from ops managers, training coordinators, and chief pilots every week.

"I have 20 staff who all need this. I don't have a month to coordinate it."

You shouldn't have to. Send us a list. We schedule, communicate, follow up, and send one consolidated invoice.

"Half my crew is on rotation. Scheduling around shifts is a nightmare."

Virtual delivery, evenings and weekends included. We work around your shift patterns — not the other way round.

"I don't want to chase finance for a PO before every booking."

You won't. Staff book on a private link without paying. You get one invoice every 30–60 days. Net 30 standard.
